We accept payment follow Russian Federation legislation.

Exchange rates
Because we provide services based in foreign country most of them calculated in foreign currency. Due to this we use internal exchange rate based on rate set by Russian Central Bank + 3%.
Internal exchange rate may be change during Russian Ruble volatibility per our decision and without any notice.

Commision rate
To most of payments methods commision rate is applied on top of service price. Commision rate may be set from 0 upto 10%. You always see commision rate before pay.

E-check
Follow Russian legislation we always issue e-check for all services purchased by person to mobile phone by SMS or to email.

Payment security
With all payments methods common standard - "Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard" (PCI DSS) and this provide customer with higher security.
By using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), Verified by Visa, Secure Code technologies we guaranteed safe and secure payments for customers.

Refund terms
We do not provide refunds for domain registration, renewal and transfer and also for services which billing period is less or equal to one month.
Refunds for unused money from customer balance made by same way and to same purse from where payment was made (except case when customer violate terms of services or due to technical reason).
Bank and processing fees are applied to refunds.
If customer violate terms of services we provide refund of unused money per scan of his signed request with scan of customer ID.

Specific terms of WebMoney
To pay by WebMoney choose WebMoney WMZ payment method and click "Pay" button. You will be redirected to WebMoney payment page where after logging into system you can pay your invoice using WMZ purses.
